The Outback Regional Gallery has two hanging spaces available:
The Gallery has approximately 42 running metres in its perimeter walls and an additional 14 metres in mobile walls, allowing the gallery to host large solo exhibitions, joint exhibitions and national competition/exhibitions. This includes exhibitions from major State and National institutions, such as the Queensland Art Gallery touring exhibitions.
The Gallery Foyer Is primarily used to feature regional artists, and alternately to exhibit and highlight the Winton Shire Collection. This space is suitable for artists of exhibition standard who are not full time artists, who may wish to exhibit on a smaller scale. The gallery foyer, a smaller more intimate space has approximately 10 running metres in its perimeter walls, which will generally allow for 6 large or approximately 12 small art works to be hung.
